Fingerprint option disappeared... Please fix it

The program has been improved, but theres lots of improvement needed. I would love to be able to sort mail to only see my unread mail. The interface needs to be updated as well. Its very bland. Lastly, needs significant compatibility improvements when opening attachments. I really wish my company would containerize Microsoft Outlook and other Office programs.

Look, Im not the kind of person who is usually concerned with privacy issues. In this day and age, if you use the Internet at all, you just cant expect not to be sharing some basic personal info. But this app is WAY too invasive. Monitoring all of my useage, my apps, and tracking my location? NOPE. This is my personal phone, they have no right to my personal email, pictures, tracking my location, being able to completely erase my phone.. Just because I have their email on my phone and often do the company a favor by answering after hours?

Not sure how to change settings, but latest update tried to auto install this morning and keeps failing to complete installation. So now I am unable to sync to work.

Unlike other similar apps, Mobile Iron is able to incorporate itself into your iPhone so you dont need to pull up their app. Simply, another email account for your company is set up in your iPhones mail app and calendar app! And once youre logged into your phone youre all set. No need to pull up an app and type in another password. And theres no worrying if your app is open and youre getting emails. I simply set work contacts as VIPs in the iPhone email app and I get an alert when I get a message from them...just as I would had they emailed my gmail or iCloud account. Love it! Unfortunately, my new employer doesnt use it. They use Good Work which only works some of the time.

Complicated to install and requires too much access to personal data.

No changes. Still an unnecessary and usability nightmare!! Hate that companies feel this is an acceptable way to manage a perfectly usable and otherwise secure device.

Normally I use my phone as an extension of my office. Never had any problems. Then I switched jobs. I have odd hours and wanted to keep in touch with my staff. I could not understand why no one was communicating via smart phone. Then I learned from IT that email had to go through this app. Now I understand. Spent a couple of hours trying to get it to work like Im use to. Its a waste of time. Back to texts, phone calls, and waiting until I get back to the office to see excel files and read emails.

Was bad for the short while when it worked. Stopped working recently. Cant receive my emails anymore. We call it "Mobile Rust" because of how awful it is to use.

App is ok... Works well for me. I just wish I could put in an out of office in my iPhone. Please add this feature!

I got this error in beta v1 of iOS 10 on iPhone 6S plus. With new iPhone 7 Plus, same error happened. Im disappointed.

For some reason, registering a device with ios10, it registered as a "OS X" platform

After upgrading my iPhone 6 to iOS 10 the application crashes.

This app does not work with iOS 10, making my work phone essentially useless. Error messages about "unsupported types" keep the phone from connecting. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

Unable to use app on Ipad with ios10. Ugh! I use this all the time. Please fix, I have wasted time on the phone with IT and Im pretty sure its the app!!

Worked fine with iOS 10 on my iPhone 6, but ever since I got the new iPhone 7, I havent been able to get work emails, my calendar, contacts or get on our wireless network...its been almost a week and Im very frustrated and disappointed that this issue has yet to be resolved!!!! I wish my company could figure out a solution that doesnt involve this app.

Just updated to the most recent version and now the app will not connect to our server citing "unsupported platform type L". App was functional prior to most recent update. Please fix this.

New update does not fix iPhone 7 iOS10 issues.

Currently I am unable to use my iPhone 7 on the corporate network because of incompatibility with MobileIron. MobileIron keeps returning an "Error from server: unsupported platform type L" error. Same version of MobileIron worked fine on my old iPhone 6 running the same iOS 10 version as my iPhone 7.

Ive been unable to access my work email for several weeks which makes it nearly impossible to do my job effectively. Please release a fix as soon as possible.
